Re: Starter engine/solenoid problems

Is the wire at the back of the solenoid loose or damaged?

Re: 2.1 fuel injection injectors, share you experiences

I can't comment on T3 related injection systems but I know that my car mechanic sends any injectors here

I've had injectors from ford mondeos and volvos sent here and have been pleased with the performance afterwards.

Re: recarpet1988 AUtosleeper Hightop

There is alot of labour involved. I did mine myself, not something I would rush into doing again!
Might save a bit on the price if you removed the old carpet, glue and floor yourself. A dirty job but easy enough.

Re: Rocker cover Gasket , Rubber or cork

I've got the rubber one on mine (aaz) and it leaks in the bottom right corner! I have just received another one and going to try again. However I am not sure whether to use sealant or not. I did use sealant last time but wasn't sure if I'd used enough or if I'd I applied it correctly. Might even be ...

Re: Coolant from Spark plug?

Is it coolant deposits? If so could be the head gasket. Hopefully not.

Re: Fellows 2 Burner and grill.

I don't think you can get Fellows spares anymore unless they crop up on Ebay etc. Fellows cookers seemed to be swapped out for Spinflo 2 cookers but I don't think they are available in this country anymore but can get them in USA and New Zealand. There are a couple of threads on here about it. Howev...

Re: Possible air lock in fuel line/ pump T25 1998 (diesel)

Double check the fuel filter. I have found it to be be a real pain to get the pipework airtight. Especially the ones with the thermo valve. Even had a new tank fitted because of air bubbles after thinking it couldn't be the filter!
