Are so that's what it's like in the Haynes manual it shows a proper threaded puller on nights now so will get one made up in the workshop cheers for the pic Colin

Thanks for the replies guys, brickwerks have the 2 gaskets I have got a nackered engine in the garage that i intend to rebuild so took the oil pump off it today fairly straight forward { on the bench } but the pump housing did not have a threaded bit for a puller for some reason, came off though wit...

Hi All Going to replace the oil pump on the bus next week had the buzzer of doom come on so did a pressure check when replacing the oil switch turns out its way low, thought i would do the pump first before further investigation. Yes your shocks will be shorter i had to put mine back to standard after fitting a lpg tank where the spare goes

Welcome i am only in Flixton by no means an expert on T25's but have done quite a bit on mine over the last 18 months engine, gearbox, body work, brakes and interior, if i can help in any way shout up

Had the same thing when i changed my gearbox in the end i just adjusted the gear rod right next to the petrol tank, i undid the clamp and gently tapped it out about 10mm

No you are deffo not alone, i keep looking in on this thread, changed my engine a few months ago and kept the old tired 1.9 DG engine in the garage for the long winter nights to have ago at strippng and rebuilding

Just a thought. You just said it was difficult to engage gears with the engine not running, but gears can be engaged without using the clutch with the engine switched off. So the symptom sounds as if is not clutch related at all. If it is not gearbox related it would seem to be linkage related. I w...

Have checked the nylon ball all ok so will change the slave cylinder as this is a cheap option then go from there
