Flooring advice

We are in the process of refurbing our van, we have put down a wooden floor and chosen the vinyl but now struggling as to how to seal the edge at the sliding door - some kind of edging strip but not sure what as it needs to be about 1.5m long - anyone got any suggestions please?

Well we've got an electric carving knife, not sure it would carve a chicken after doing that but maybe worth a shot, we do have a local foam place so may be worth asking them!! :ok

Thanks for your replies, never tried welding but know a man who can who we spoke to today and they are going to take a look for us, your right if we are going to do it, its got to be done right, don't want to put new units in only to have to take them out again in a years time!!

We have gone on and introduced ourselves!! It may be a couple of weeks before we get back to the van as its not stored on our drive, not big enough, we had tried to adjust the bowden cable but couldn't see where to do this!!
