I bought the sliding window rubber insert from this company - they used to list all the part including sliding windows on their site, it's changed a lot but they still refer to it on their home page..

Just fitted an Iveco Daily shifter to mine (old metal one - not the newer plastic one), seems to work well, v.smooth.
total cost is £31.00, just need a cowl over it now!

I do like the birch ply' , looks really well, better than the ones i've seen at some shows and youtube! Still got to do mine yet and a mates Vito :run -I was going to use standard ply' and paint it but birch ply it is! Where did you end up fitting the coolbox? couldn't see it on the last photo's Gaz..

Looks weird to me, especially the bit stuck on the pillar before the sliding door. Each to their own as they say. Yeah, got mixed feelings, maybe too modern for me, but it'll probably solve the leaky sliding window problem. might blend in more if the door pillars were in black: http://farm4.static....
