I went to change my gear box oil today, i sprayed WD40 on the sump plugs and left it for a while. The drain plug come undone easy but the one you fill up on the side of the gear box wont come undone, and when i try it seems as though its rounding off so ihave just left it. Relay for glow plugs
I took the relay off for the glow plugs and now the glow plugs are not heating up and my van wont start. Can anyone tell me what colour wires go with what numbers? (I have a JX TD 1.6 engine) Thank you.

Temperature and fuel gauge faulty
I got a VW 1.6 TD T25. My temperature gauge is reading 3/4 of the way up and my fuel gauge is saying empty when there is 1/4 of a tank, and when i put £10 worth of fuel in its saying half a tank which i know isnt right. Gear box oil (how much oil)
What oil would i need for my gear box, i have a 1.6TD JX engine with a dog leg 5 spead gear box. How much oil do i need and where is the location to drain the oil and to refill it? Thank-you

I have cleaned all the pipes and radiator through, so dont think there would be any sludge. Its a temprature gauge and is fitted to the sensor in the head water pump flange.
