Doh....was looking past the obvious....although I had tightened the nut to ensure the arm was on I hadn't checked the splines which had totally stripped. Just got a needle file and cut/remade the splines, reattached and working - phew! Will ensure blades are in the up position now if there is snow f...

Snow damaged wiper

Hi all, So came home a week ago to see one of my wipers wrapped down over the front grill as the weight of the snow had pulled it down. On checking, the left hand wiper still works fine (I have a LHD ) however the right hand now just twitches but tries to go. Is there any easy way to get to the R/H ...

Mine is a transparent pipe from the filter to the block and is how I could see that air was getting in.

After a bit of messing around it was just a replacement filter and also the 'banjo' washers that attach to the fuel filter that sorted it out.

Thanks for the input. Its an older type filter. Could this be replaced with the newer type?

Thanks....new pipe....hmm...could by pass from filter to tank to test to prove too/eliminate tank?

Also I am assuming air?.....if something was stopping/restricting flow then this would show up as 'bubbles'???
