Best place for 2nd water temp sensor & oil pressure sensor

I would like to add two a additional gushes to the dash. Water temp and oil pressure. However, looking round the engine tonight there doesn't seem to be an obvious place to mount thd additional sensors. Has anyone done this before? If so what route did you take?

Plastic bottle in nearside wheel arch?

I was just starting a repair to the passenger side seat belt mount as it was rotten, soon to discover so was most of that area, no surprise there.
