Re: Jack
I'm talking through my backside Jack as I do not even drive so any car/van terminology is alien to me! By winch (obviously a wrong word!) I mean the handle for the jack. Will get one of those on the link you posted off eBay for the wheel nuts and I'll check out the jack you mention! Thanks!

Jack
We have a jack winch under the seat in the van but no jack. Thought it might be hidden away in the spare wheel or something but it isn't. Would you recommend buying an original T25 jack or is there a better alternative? There is no wheel brace either so need both. Thank you in advance!!

Leaky Window Seal
Hugo seems to have a leak from the front window seal. There has been water by the pedals on the drivers side this past few days. On checking today, there is water running down the inside past the electrics by the steering wheel, down to the pedals and it appears to be coming from a piece of rust aro...

Re: Gower Tomorrow!
Would be really interested to know what you though of the Gower as that is where my daughter lives. We go a couple of times a month and love it! I hope you had a great time!

Re: Camp site problem - is this reasonable
Thanks for this information 1664.. It would make sense why they say any refund has to come from the actually site.. I guess I would be wasting my time complaining now. I'm over the annoyance now, it was annoying yesterday but I can't be ar*ed worrying about it now

Re: Camp site problem - is this reasonable
I am going to write to Haven and complain but it says on their website that if any refund is not made on the day at the resort, they will not do it later. I'll send a letter anyway as I want my say. I agree with everyone, it's mad money and to add to it, the warden told me they had pitches for £80 a...

Re: Camp site problem - is this reasonable
It's not really about what anyone would pay, we are all different and I've explained why we paid it but it's up to the individual what they choose to pay. The site said 10 meters was the distance so I felt annoyed that it was so far particularly that there was a hook up 6 feet away. As three others ...

Re: Camp site problem - is this reasonable
I would never have paid anywhere near that if we hadn't been meeting up with our daughter, it's not our sort of site. There were loads of things for the children to do and so I guessed the price reflected that. My daughter was already there and we had paid online or believe me we definitely wouldn't...

Camp site problem - is this reasonable
We booked a night at the Haven site in Tenby yesterday. It's not our sort of site, very big and busy, but we were meeting our daughter there so we were up for it. It was £68 a night for a hook up for one night which seems expensive so I was disappointed when we were shown to a piece of grass being u...

Sliding window above cooker jammed
Is there a simple way of releasing the jammed sliding window above cooker or will it cause more damage? I'm not too bothered about it but we are on our way to pembrokeshire in sweltering heat and the dog is melted in the back! If the window would open a couple of inches it would give the dog a bit o...
