Thanks very much for the info! There could be a couple of minor issues to address, so I think I'll go down the route of taking it to Chris at Volks Engineering to have a look at these, and then get it over to Whitchurch Motors for the MOT itself.

Hi all, I just wanted to say how chuffed I am to have found this site (I think everyone says that!) and apologies for my first post being a request rather than an offer of help. My 1.9 watercooled (1989) is due an MOT in April, so I'm just thinking ahead (can't wait for the summer!) and researching ...
