Re: Where could I get main bearings made to order?
Spoke to a UK supplier today who tells me that new KS crank shaft bearings for the late 1.9/2.1 will be available shortly (std size only), but only a limited supply. OK, so standard size only, so need a new crank, but after nearly 2 years off the road, this is good news.

Re: Where could I get main bearings made to order?
Because I'd still have to buy one and I looked into it and it would cost no more for a Subaru conversion. But it's academic, as I can't afford either.

Re: Where could I get main bearings made to order?
Resurrecting this post, as I am desperate to get this sorted. If I can't get the bearings soon, I will have to put in a Subaru engine (which I really can't afford to do) just because I can't get these inexpensive bearings. Any help would be appreciated.

Re: Where could I get main bearings made to order?
That's good news! May I ask which suppliers you are using? If you can, just hold on a little longer. My sources linked to KS tell me STD and 0.25 are pencilled in for production soon... I have them on backorder with several suppliers and cases/cranks sat waiting. Sent from my ONEPLUS A3003 using Tap...

Where could I get main bearings made to order?
I have been trying for months to get some 0.25 main bearings with separate thrust for DG engine. I have come to the conclusion that there are none available in the entire world, so I was wondering if anyone knows where I could get some machined. I don't really care any more if this would be a bit pr...

Good gas fitter near Oldham needed
After having a load of bodywork done a bit ago, the guy who did the bodywork said I would need to get the interior gas checked, as he was not gas certified. I made the big mistake of booking into Glossop Caravans, who basically said they could do the work. We took it in and came back hours later to ...

May well take you up on this, I'm not too far from Warrington; can you supply them too? (Not a problem if you can't)Aidan wrote:can do if required

Electric door mirrors _ who can fit them?
Does anyone know where I can get electric mirrors fitted on my van? I can buy the mirrors myself, but don't trust myself to fit them without stuffing it up!

Re: Convex door mirrors
Went into Justkampers site on a slightly different address through a google search, and managed to backorder some (though they were out of stock). The weird thing is, when I went in on the usual address (http://www.justkampers.co.uk" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;), it only ...

Convex door mirrors
Does anyone know where I can get convex door mirrors? Some brain dead tw*t has broken my old ones off, and Justkampers no longer seem to sell the convex ones, and the flat ones are crap!
