I'm thinking bolt through the hightop is the way to go
Think it looks much better, besides I've dug out the sealant and still left with the lip that holds the roof on.
Got no idea how it's done though?

This is driving me mental - how do you fix a awning to a westy hightop?

So shiny new fiamma f45 arrived the other day, I decided to go for the gutter fix kit it my westy hightop. Great looking van Gordon nice to see it with an awning on - I've just ordered one from the Fiamma store
and was a bit worried about fitting to gutter on a hightop to but yours looks fine.

do they make much difference when you've got the double glazing anyway? I've got an external Silver Screen for the front, but never felt the need to insulate the rear as well..... Hi I need some advice.
I'm about to buy a fiamma f45 awning and was wondering what's the best way to fix it to a westy high top?
Just my preferance but I think it looks better bolted to the hightop rather than using the gutter fixing kit.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

Time to get the maps out now and start planning a route.

That sounds about right we've got just over two weeks.
I was thinking 3-4 traveling hopefully finding some cool passion sites on route.

Not to fussed about heading to the coast- we live in jersey so get to spend most of the summer on the beach.
Would like to be by a river/ lake
