Not a suppressor cap....just a different type of terminal fitment ...leaving on or removing is dependant upon the plug cap type fitted. :ok Ah right, thanks for the info. At the end of the plug that the lead fits onto, did you remove (i.e. unscrew) the little cap before fitting the plugs? Suppressor cap I think it's called. Not needed.

Does that mean that you have 2 inline fuel filters or, as Ian describes, one inline and one in the carb?

Might also be worth considering; lots of petrol in the tank, or just a little bit in there?
