What pipe are people using for this job.
Just been quoted 400 for just the pipe and fittings to a front mounted cooler?

Re: Land Rover Seat
As a defender owner I'd keep looking, there are cheaper options than Rimmers I think Exmoor direct will have a better choice of cloth or vinyl finishes. There are some guys on ebay doing refurbished seats for good prices the one i'm thinking of is somewhere in birmingham. I seem to recall that they ...

Ha ha ditto the alps thing only in the pyrennese. Locking all 4 wheels would not be nice but knowing you could would be. Just looking for a simpler way of getting there.

Re: Intercooler fitted and servo question.
Ok so today a little bit of tweaking , still no smoke but engine cover fitted and a quick drive after warm up. Transformation. Just wants to go I can hear the turbo whistling, 40 to 50 in top is easy pulls away clean from standstill in second and pulled through the gears up a short steep hill from a...

Servo Question
Looking at the arguments for fitting a BMW servo, it would appear that there is an approximate ten percent gain in diaphragm area over the t25 servo. This improves the braking, according to some , significantly. If you were to increase the vacuum in the servo by a similar or higher percentage would ...

Re: Intercooler fitted and servo question.
Only run it up the road so far as it's in the shop for more work as well. Pump has had the governor mod and it's the original JX bottom with the top of a '1.6td sirocco' , no I've never heard of one either. The pump has been set to run with no smoke at the moment so not much more power expected. Gau...

Intercooler fitted and servo question.
Neat intercooler fitting? What do you think? Defender 300Tdi should be big enough? Cone style air filter tucked away behind it. There's easily room for a fan if it needs it. And the new pump. Re: injector pump
Should also point out that i think my engine is not a JX as it has the extra oil way for the hydraulic tappets and i know the previous owner changed the engine. But it does have the JX pump on it.
