Re: Flashing temp light but gauge ok
I had this recently, I had changed the low level sensor but still flashing, I checked the wiring to the sensor but still no joy. I consulted the wiki on here and it turns out to have been a bad connection on either the earth crown, relay or connection to instrument panel ( next to brake fluid reservo...

Re: Another leisure battery wiring thread
Have a look in the wiki (on the top banner of the page) you will find what you are looking for there, from your diagram, you might want to start with searching "split charge relay" in the camper electrics section (16.2)

Re: Bodywork restoration Merseyside or northwest
Jim Painter has got our van at the moment, he's at the tail end following a full bodywork resto.
PM me or evilnoodle your email and I'll send you few pics of his work (I'm out from about 5pm tonight), we think it's looking good, he's also a really nice genuine fella.

Re: number plate
It's not illegal to have a pressed metal plate on, as long as it is in uk font , uk spaced and not in German style( like a lot of dubs have) or any non GB style for that matter.

Change where you have work done on your van, if you would not have questioned it you would probably have been £600 lighter...and seriously would you have known if or if not they would have changed your non existent cam belt??...

I have the total system by Rockford fosgate in my car ( standard fit), the sub in the boot pounds out some bass, just a thought, but try salvage yards who have higher spec Mitsubishi's in....you might just get a bargain....mine with the amp...pounds out 650 watts....so the sub will take a fair bit o...

Re: ARB bushes - anyone found this?
Looking at them they look quite worn, and looks like someone has gone to the trouble of stripping them down to bodge them, when for a couple of quid could have replaced them.

Re: Its not happy
We have had exactly the same problem a couple of times, but ours was following going over a heavy bump in the road.
I just kept my foot to the floor whilst trying to pull away and it cleared itself, but there was a bit of crap in the front filter, so maybe a bit got through to the carb.
