Re: Horn Upgrade

I have a Stebel Nautilus, it required a relay to be fitted to work properly, it's more than loud enough.

Just reviving this thread, as my power steering rack has developed a leak and filling the gator with fluid. Did you manage to get yours refurbished and by who?

Re: Clutch pipe sheared

A similar thing happened to me, could not get the white plastic pipe disconnected from the cylinder or the copper pipe. Ended up cutting the copper pipe in the middle of the van and joining it (as mentioned above), replaced with new copper and flexi.

Re: Oil pressure buzzer

You've probably just knocked the cable off going to the pressure sensor between the pushrods. Check everything is still connected.

Re: What is this part called? Below slave cylinder..

Same happened to the plastic cup on mine. Replaced the slave and the the pipe it connects to as it had seized on . And the the copper pipe that connects to as well. A half hour job turned into a half day job!

The shield around the cap is earthed using the tab on the side of the dizzy, you can see the earth braid in the picture.

Clutch slave cylinder

Noticed this over the weekend, should I be worried about it letting go completely and leaving me stranded? Look's like it's been like this for a while. :?

Had mine in for test last week, MOT man said he didn't want to poke the cab step because it looked rotten!
