Gear selection
Hi all, after leaving my van standing for a while i had difficulty getting in to 1st gear once or twice but then drove normally until it gave up completely. Stuck at a junction in neutral unable to get any gear at all. After about half hour and much cursing managed to get 1st and 2nd to get me home....

Air intake hose
Hi all,
can any one tell me the correct name or where I can get old of the hose that connects the air filter to the air scoop on near side of a 1.6 td (jx) and will it do any harm using the van with it removed as it has totally collapsed and doesn’t let any air through. Thanks Eugene

Re: Electrolux 3 way fridge problem
Took fridge out today cleaned all round burner and flue and blew it through with an airline fridge was down to 5 degrees after 5 hours so hopefully done the trick. Bit worried now about how warm it is behind and there was quite a few drips and wet floor from the metal Electrolux vent. Also although ...

Re: Electrolux 3 way fridge problem
Ok, thanks for replies. yes , fridge Works fine on mains and 12 volt so does that mean that there is just a problem with the gas not heating the right pipes to cool the fridge. If the flue is blocked it would restrict the flame so maybe not reach where it needs to to cool. Yeah I understand about it...

Fuse and relay diagrams
Hi everyone and happy new year to all, I’ve just replaced the wiper stalk on our e reg 1.6td Norman and also bought the intermittent washer relay. It said it’s a straight swap if you have the new style blade fuses, which we have but it doesn’t tell you which one of the 3 in there to swap it with. Ca...

Re: Cabin Heaters, Diesel powered, new Chinese ones = any good ?
Ok thanks ,no it’s lined and insulated. Do you think you will have one which is suitable for our van any time soon or be be able to recommend an alternative source to purchase a 2 or 2.5kw unit. Roughly how much do these usually change hands for.
