Assuming I’m lucky enough to find one, what are they worth?

Hi I have a lowered Westy pop top on 7.5jx16 Carat Duchatelets currently running 225 55 16 as to keep the radius the same. The tyres look a bit too wide in my opinion, what size tyres could I use to maybe keep decrease the width and possibly improve gearing?

Personally wouldn't mess with a van that sounds as good as yours, I would sell and buy a good pop top. I'm biased as have a California and would recommend it to anyone.

Hi Thanks for the reply, just to clarify I know the double glazed sliding windows are rocking horse poo to find, I mean't the window that opens outwards on the Joker/Atlantic as the link you sent has hinges seals clips etc, but doesn't state the window is fixed or available opening? Can the opening kitchen window still be purchased?

Hi thinking of changing windows on my Westy to DG units, are any opening DG windows available? Seen new windows on Brickwerks and Gunzl, but not sure about whether any open.

As in sliding door slider? I've seen a rear sliding window on a Dutch bus in Grantham I assume they are not easy to get hold of?

Looks like only the window above the cooker opens is that right? Isn't clear on vw busshop.de

I understand you can buy new Westy double glazed windows, where from ? Can you get opening double glazed? Would they fit straight into my cali?

Hi ,

I sent you a pm before seeing this. If I remember correctly the windows are not suitable for any conversion that started as a panel van and not as a caravele. I also recall an issue with pre and post 85 windows being different sizes.

I'm sure somone will be able to add to this.

Hi I've just purchased a multivan seat for my Westy california, what porta pottis fit and are recommended, worst fear would be buying one that is prone to leaking.

Hi according to the sticker the code is AAS don't know if that's good or bad?
