This post seems to have died and i did not get the names of the engines.

Does anybody know what Aircooled NA rngines are available. Although i love the Cu engine, it lacks a bit of power when on motorway.

I want to fit an Aircooled engine as i love the noise they make

Cheers

If you are worried about the money, get an LPG conversion, which will pay for...

Steve

they don't dip, they scrape your exhaust, where traces of veg oil could remain, as long as 2 weeks

If you wanna run on SVO or WVO, just declare it, reckon it is well worth it.

got the 2 liter Aircooled CU engine, german import.

25 years old and still goes like a bullet. Bit juicy though.

Make sure you can test drive and try all gears. (and brakes)

What about Road tax.

LPG should lower your emissions and next to no deadly particles.

Seems like a flaw in the (tax) plan...?

Ben Thanks for the pic, that is some seriously clean engine. I hope this will help in my quest. 1) so the filter splits in 2 arms left and 2 arms right. The 2 arms are then joined into 1 piece, which fits onto the carb. Any idea what the piece is called? 2) The lower part of the air filter unit, has...

cah and carry on the web, you buy it in tins of 50 liter.

And remember it has to be used before you can use i as biodiesel, otherwise the taxman is going to hit you hard (at back pocket level)
