AAZ glow plugs problem
The glowplugs on my AAZ 1.9 td dont always stay on long enough. They either fully cycle ( approximately 10 seconds ) or cut off after 1/2 second. This only happens occasionally with no obvious pattern. I'm thinking maybe an iffy relay or earth? I replaced the glow plugs about 3 months ago. Ive had t...

Re: Tailgate stuck closed
Jobs a good un. Thanks for the help guys. I had to reverse to about 4 ft from my house wall, with 2 hands on the wall push tailgate with my feet while the mrs pressed the button. Took about 5 mins of cursing and puffing but managed to get it open.

Re: Tailgate stuck closed
Cheers brian. In the past ive also had trouble with door not catching properly and being awkward to open again. Cycling the central locking usually does the trick. I will try again in the morning.

Yes lefty youve got it. I wasnt sure on name of place but just done google map search. Its smack in between caravan park and airfield. Theres signs saying no overnight parking on carpark nearest caravan park but the car park up by the airfield doesnt have signs up.

Re: North Wales Wild Camping
Take the road to canarfon airport ( only a very small airfield right next to beach) there's a couple of car parks that go up to the sand, it overlooks angalsea. Beautiful stretch of coastline and sunset was breath taking when we stayed there last year. A few motorhome also stayed there. Come out of ...

Window winders and internal door handles
So I bought some second hand door cards to replace the home made one on my van. Now I have 2 problems/ challenges. 1- my van has electric windows and the new door cards have holes where the winders go. Is there a part that blanks this hole off? Or can anyone suggest a workaround. I've thought maybe ...

Re: Water ingress cab doors.
Thanks for your reply cruz. There is no plastic membrane behind the door cards. Can these be purchased? So is it normal to get water inside the door cavity?

Water ingress cab doors.
Upon removal of door cards I've noticed the bottom corners of both door cards are wet and have become rotten. They aren't original but made of thin ply. They have gone in the same place on both doors. ( bottom corner toward the front of van) is this a common problem? Is there a particular area I nee...

Re: Trouble starting AAZ 1.9TD
I've put it all back together, including new bleed valve, fuel filter, inline non return valve and removed and cleaned k and n air filter. I carefully filled the filter with diesel before assembling. Started first crack of the key. It's running sweetest it's been since I've owned it, a noticeable in...
