1 The profile of the rubber locates into the profile of the metal channel.this lower chanel is notoriouse for rotting away. Worst case scenario is remove and weld a new channel on .but yours doesnt look that bad.oh and seal should just pull off/out gently may be glued in as well so take care. 2 The ...

Bond it.easier and better solution.it has little to do with strutural integrity.

Buy the fridge panal. Use the outer lower sill . we make the inner closure that joins the outer 2 to the floor .nice easy way to do them benefits are all welding or most are plugs spots .the oters can be clamped with grips .horoizontal alinment is easy .i can stick some picks up if needed.

Mask pff and fprm a seal with purflex .never failed woth one yet oh and available in white as well

Most weve done even after blasting the defo panals are still suspect so we cut the tops out and let new 2.5-3mm steel back in then bond the lower panals too it

As above,
they spot weld to the underside of the floor, if your floors missing then when you mqake a repair  drill 2 8mm holes in it where youd like the bracket to sit then a quick once over with a soft pad and puddle weld through it,

6 for sale .ith or without the cover retaining strip welded on , jjust dont remove the old till you have fitting info , also even near scrap runners themselves can be sand blasted and the runner  where they fail rebuilt

dont use rubber, make one out of gasket paper if you have any , thin shed roof felt would do just dont use a non waterproof material like card, many vans dont have them but  if your really concerned pm me an addy and i can make a few and pop in the post, foc

First noted in fjords in the early seventies , believed to be some product in the plastic of the dash and interior vaporising off...(was a corsair so wish the whole lot had vapoured of it was a lemon to sell on....
