If you've cleaned it all up then we apply some vaseline to the lump as you call it the bolt up but not tight trial and error once you've done you will always remember, then with the heel of your hand give it a good short sharp thump up and it will pop right in

We get our agate from my powder coaters ,it's a nice size compared to sand, doesn't have the toxisity and leaves a far nicer finish, it's reusable a few times as it doesn't break up like sands hence less dust cloud but as with any medium blasted with air it will bounce off the subject etc.i go see i...

hi the lower seam is beyond blasting as it will be rotten inside together with the bottom of the side panal, but thats not what you asked,
We use crushed agate but bear in mind it will only clean up what it can see so to speak,but it will gain you time

We use a lot of Purflex its a p/u base comes in black,white,grey,we bond ally panals to race cars with it and as other have pointed out clenliness is a must

sills both sides starts mon 11th 2005,(restoration and major repairs end of page 2) the picks are gone (peebucket) it was ian hulleys van so give him a shout he may have copies but i will keep searching,

Ah never thought about the x relay killing the lights etc.nothing wrong with the starter as I remove the live feed to energise the starter and energise it with a 12v feed and it activates perfectly so I figure a fault with the wire from fuse box back so will get a meter onn and trace it.
