If you've cleaned it all up then we apply some vaseline to the lump as you call it the bolt up but not tight trial and error once you've done you will always remember, then with the heel of your hand give it a good short sharp thump up and it will pop right in

We get our agate from my powder coaters ,it's a nice size compared to sand, doesn't have the toxisity and leaves a far nicer finish, it's reusable a few times as it doesn't break up like sands hence less dust cloud but as with any medium blasted with air it will bounce off the subject etc.i go see i...

hi the lower seam is beyond blasting as it will be rotten inside together with the bottom of the side panal, but thats not what you asked,
We use crushed agate but bear in mind it will only clean up what it can see so to speak,but it will gain you time

We use a lot of Purflex its a p/u base comes in black,white,grey,we bond ally panals to race cars with it and as other have pointed out clenliness is a must

For the sill itself make a couple of holes to suit the grommets you have or will get.then when welded up waxoyl,dinitrol,whatever is you choice,..,as for the seal channel,blast some paint in with the rattle can nozzle real close and flood it,then as you doing this get a pipe cleaner and having previ...

sills both sides starts mon 11th 2005,(restoration and major repairs  end of page 2) the picks are gone (peebucket) it was ian hulleys van so give him a shout he may have copies but i will keep searching,
