Hi all,
It's been a while since I've been on here - hope you're all well!
I'm not too happy with my mechanic so would like to switch to a vw / camper specialist if possible.
Can anyone recommend a good garage / mechanic in London please?
Thanks!
Jess

Replacing the flooring
Hi, Hope you're all well and enjoying the sunshine. There are a few bank holidays coming up too - I'm so looking forward to them! Hope you've got some nice camping trips planned. I'm preparing myself to do some work on my van over Easter weekend, so I've got four days to get quite a bit done. At the...

Re: Interim rust measures
Brilliant, thanks v much that's given me a rough idea and great to know that there's a decent garage that can do that kind of work nearby!

Re: Interim rust measures
Hi everyone, Sorry for the slow response - my internet's been down. Thanks for all the honest opinions - good to know where I stand! It's pretty much what I expected, but sounds like there's not much point treating it as an interim measure. In terms of anticipated costs, I've never had anything like...

Interim rust measures
Hi, Hope everyone's enjoying the sunshine (at least it's been a lovely sunny day in London - hope it has been elsewhere too!). I have a question about rust. My camper has some areas of rust on it but I can't afford a re-spray just yet, so what's the best interim / preventative measure to stop the ru...

Re: What kind of conversion?
Thanks for the responses everyone - I've run a search on Bilbo and it does look quite similar. Is there anything particular I should look out for? I had been going on the style of the cupboards but quite a few conversions seem to look like mine, so it's hard to tell! Could well be homemade. If anyon...

Thanks in advanc...

What kind of conversion?
Hi everyone, I've recently bought a camper and I'm not sure what type of conversion it is (ie. which company converted it, for example Westfalia). This may sound like a basic question but I can't see any mention of it in the documentation that came with the van. How can I find out? Are they distinct...
