Re: Rear Suspension Mount

Thanks - does look like that thread is talking more about the front not the rear but think this has pointed me in the right direction:

Rear Suspension Mount

Hi all: Any ideas on where I can source a NSR suspension mount/jacking point? I heard BrickWerks did them but not at the moment.

Re: Very rusty rear side seam - treat or cut out?

Thanks for the advice - will take some time to get around to fix as only 1 day week on the van, plus a few other bits to sort first. Joggler/joddler on order now from Frosts. Cheers Mike - I know I speak for many in saying you're expertise on club 80-90 is a BIG confidence builder.

Re: Very rusty rear side seam - treat or cut out?

Cheers for getting back Mike. Unbelievably yet another digital camera died on me so haven't got a decent pic but working on this. In the meantime was looking at some of your great work putting the rear panel on. Noticed that you used clico fasteners to hold the panel in place so you're lap joining t...

Very rusty rear side seam - treat or cut out?

Hi all, Currently replacing osr panel and building wheel arch. In cutting out rear panel can see that the edge of the side panel that turns in to meet the pillar is really rusty and holy, barely even there in places. Question is whether I : a) just leave as much as possible (brush off, vactan etc......

Re: Significant floor rust behind fridge...advice needed!

Thanks for all your replies. Unfortunately (yet another) camera broken (my mrs. thinks they're disposable ;)) so no opportunity for pics as yet - everything is out now though so can see things better. Clearly I'm going to need to do some welding to replace floor panel and section of floor 'lip' that...

Re: Significant floor rust behind fridge...advice needed!

Thanks both for your replies - I'll try and see if I can get some pics - trouble is getting a decent shot given cupboards are still in place as well as carpet currently - I imagine I'll have to take everything out just to assess the damage.

Significant floor rust behind fridge...advice needed!

Hi all, Would really appreciate some advice for assessing/tackling rust in our 1986 T25. Our first van (3/4 bench and side cupboards) which we bought in Jan as a 'little' project. I've removed the fridge today to see how things are bearing up behind the scenes and have found what seems to be a signi...
