will try and get some you,ll have to bear with me though mines got arragon and interior design written on the back give me plenty of notice if you guys are doing a bilbos meet as I work weekends it will be in the Isle of man for the manx TT last week in Aug......the council campsite just outside Peel

I,ve got a bilbos with a 1.9dg engine hightop 1989

Have just picked up an lpg converstion to be fitted

sorry just noticed the thread (dont get on here much) and thought I was the only one with a bilbos

Just had mine rebuilt

Cost just over a hundred quid would of rather had a go at it me self

Also check the terminals in the solonoid mine were kaput

Bought a new VW fuel pump and push rod for my 1.9 dg the push rod was about 4/5 mm out and changed the filter

Its like a new van now

I get this when sitting at lights with my foot on the brake pedal and it falls to the floor, the vans in for an MOT at the mo and told the garage about the brakes at lights and they recon its the servo doing overtime and its not a problem and they have had wheels of looking for a leak

Sloopy gear change

On the selecter lever at the back of the van under the gearbox there is a spring pin of 32mm in length

Does anyone know how to get this out as I have a new one to fit along with the bush to try and stop changing the radio channel over evey time I go to second
