Best rev counter solution
Hi all, I'd like to have a rev counter fitted to my '84 van, and wondered what the options are? I understand the original dash rev counters are rare and expensive, and would this involve replacing the milometer? For after-market solutions, will I need a possibly ugly additional pod fitted, or is the...

Cab sunroof
Hi all,
I would love a removable sunroof in the cab of my van, so wondered whether anyone knows of a company/ solution?
Is there a reliable solution that won't create leak problems later on?
Look forward to your advice!!
Cheers.

Re: Alternative steering wheels...gathering info for wiki?
Has anyone tried a 17" wooden steering wheel like these:

Just wondering how they'd look on a T25, and feel on a van withOUT power steering??
Cheers,
John

Re: Ideal electrical set up???
Thanks to all for your good advice. One point I didn't mention but should have, is that I don't drive the vehicle every day (is often left for 4 days at a time - whilst on shift), AND, is parked at the roadside, so unable to set up a trickle charge! This presumably makes my issue even more difficult...

Hi All, I want to have an ideal and resilient electrical set up, so wondered whether anytone could make any suggestions (avoid me re-inventing the wheel)? General set up, and examples of the kit involved would be great!? Want a resilient split charge system (??) where I can run off batteries for a g...

Re: Tyre pressures for 205/45/17 & 255/40/17's?
Wow - that's a worry!
I've seen these wheels on several T25's - doesn't mean they are safe I guess!? So, are we saying I must change my wheels, or can I get safe tyres for these?
If not, can anyone recommend a wheel type/ size that both looks the business and is safe??
Thanks in advance,
John

Re: Cutting out when warm
Thanks to all for your info. I fear this might be a bit above my capabilities, so may need to take it to a man that can. Any recommendations in the south london area (I'm in croydon)??

Cutting out when warm
My '84 1.9 petrol van starts well when cold, but I'm finding that when she's warm, whenever you take your foot off the accelerator, she cuts out!? I've replaced the plugs, HT leads, distributor cap and rotar arm, which improved it, but has not resolved it.
Any ideas please.....Help!
