Do you mean the temperature guage goes straight to the red or the temperature itself goes straight into the red ? The guage could be mis-reading ... 20-odd year old wiring etc :? Hi Jimmy :) Your left knee is a good indicator of if the coolant is circulating correctly, if your knee gets hot air from the heater, the water is going round :wink: (not that it still might need bleeding though) When you say it goes into the red, do you then stop the engine, or do you mean it goes...
