cheers kev , are yours connected to a split charge relay or just a solar panel ?

Im about to purchase 2 6v Trojan batteries and have a couple of questions if anyone can help , they will be running off a 100w solar panel but do I also connect them to the split charge relay ? if so what is the best size cable to use ? they are 225 ah batteries . thanks jeff

new alternator fitted and all's well, fingers crossed

bit of a problem there john as I can't find it , think I may have thrown it away by mistake

well I've had a bit of a problem today fitted a new alternator belt and a 14.50 voltage regulator to the alternator and as was well until today when the red dash light came on , checked the back of the alternator and it's only producing 11.90 v according to my multimeter

Just a quick update , been using my remote for a couple of weeks now and it's working fine , runs its cooling down phase the same as if I used the control box to turn it off

after driving for a couple of miles I now have 14.10 at the starter battery and 13.85 at the leisure battery
