How Windy is too Windy for MIG

Hi

I know gassless MIG welding can be done outdoors and MIG welding with gas is usually done indoors. I find gassless harder to see/messier and I have seen pictures of people gas welding outside.

So the question is - how windy is too windy?

Rock and roll bed foam covering

I have fitted a rnr bed, have baught foam but now looking to get it covered, where is best? would a local upholstere do? any sujestions and what is a sensible price? looking for functionality not exactly a show winner.

Can't quite tell from the picture what angle it is from? maybe better seeing from underneeth. it looks a simiar spot to mine which are the push rod tubes at the opposite end to the rocker cover?

Chrome Spray Paint

Going to Roller My van,

Was thinking of using chrome spray paint on the bumpers (they are currently gray so can't look numch worse), Has anybody managed to get a good finish doing this?

Why does the early eaxhaust system for 1.9wbxr seem to have a heat exchanc=ge but the late not? or does the late and i can't see it on diagrams?
