Hi Bruce does the lamba by chance have a brown wire feeding it just below the coil?

I have used ordinary rubber pipes seems fine, only problem I have is from it pulling air in from tank but that is from having the wrong connector from the pump to filter and filter to fuel connector on bulkhead is absolutely adequate.

I had been told about the bigger outlet but to be honest the ammount of fuel that is pumped out would run a V8 twice the size !!!! However having said that I will probably put a bigger outlet tank on if I can find one that is :( It would be nice to get the injection working properly as it goes like ...

Cheers .. that is a couple of points cleared up and so I need a full throttle switch for sure then.
