Don't give up with Colin in Buckley, he has been away because of a bereavement, seriously you can't get better than him :ok

Early Aircooled fuel filter question

Can anyone tell me if this fuel filter was installed on 2.0 litre Aircooled vans in this country? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/BOSCH-Porsche-914-Beetle-Vanagon-Transporte-Fuel-Filter_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQhashZitem51890a5329QQitemZ350191506217QQptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories" oncli...

Re: Stealth Mains Hook Up

Glad to have given you the inspiration to do it. The dirrerence with the T4 is that the fog light just flicks out, but I'm sure you'll come up with your own solution to that :ok

OK, so 2.1 engines aren't the best, so what about a multivan with a 1.6 TD engine, everyone seems to go for the LLE with the 2.1? DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO  (I'm not shouting by the way  )

BTW need to change the garage picture for a tent :x as van now sold :x

Would you like to elaborate Laurie?

The exact same thing happened on our van. Take the steering wheel cowling cover off, pull washer stalk back and look to see which two contacts touch. Clean these contacts, you might have to bend them a bit too to ensure a good contact. On our van it looked as though the contacts were touching but wh...

mininuts wrote:Can I fit 185 R14 C tyres on Carat alloys?

We took the tyres (185 R14 C) from our steels and put them straight on the carats - no problem

Go for the Carat, they look sweet

I am thinking of buying a multivan (I need something that will fit in the garage) but what spec do these vans have? What is the difference between a blue/white/redstar and a multivan and which is the best spec'd model to go for? What price would I be expecting to pay for a good condition van prefera...
