Re: new power flow exhaust
any chance you could take some pics of how its mounted ? They welded two brackets to the box and then used one of the existing mounts. They also used the original exhaust flange by grinding it down and then welding the new pipe on to it. http://i900.photobucket.com/albums/ac209/stagg65/photo-2.jpg ...

Re: new power flow exhaust
I think so you tend to have more power at top end revs.
The engine runs cooler now which has to be a good thing.

Re: 1y / AEF - cam belt/ water pump/tensioner compatibility
Speaking from personal experience I have a 1.9 AEF diesel in my t25 . The engine came from a 1997 caddy and was married up to my 1.6 diesel pump. So when I had the cam belt changed my garage were stumped. I had to research it myself to get one to fit. As far as the tensioner is concerned the 1.6 and...

Re: pinking
Thinking of adjusting the timing my self.
What I'd like to know is, if I loosen the three bolts at the front and the one at the back will it affect the timing belt.
I don't want it to loosen and bugger everything up.

Re: build !!!!
The prebuilt one's on the net are WAY WAY too much money, building your own is the way ahead.
I built mine from a doña caravan and very please with the finish.

So some months back i bought myself an empty shell and then got to work building...
