Re: Can’t select 4th or 5th gear

Thanks for the replies and the diagram Steve.
That was a big help as I realised I had somehow put the sliding pin and the boot in on the wrong side 🫣.
Took it apart and refitted it all correctly, gears are best they’ve been in some time! Bring on the festival.

Can’t select 4th or 5th gear

Got myself a shiny new stick as old one was bent. Got it fitted without to much trouble but now can’t select 4th or 5th gear. It appears as though the forks on the shifter are hitting the ally guide block. I have tried the adjusting bolts in the cab and played with the linkage but to no avail. Off t...

Re: Khyam Motordome Tourer

Bought ours at the start of last summer and could'nt be more pleased with it. It has been on several short camping trips and round france, 5 mins to put up and take down once you have the hang of it also totally waterproof and feels safe in strong winds. One word of caution is if you have littl'uns ...

Re: Jumping out if first gear

Thanks Aidan, I will do that. Do you know if it's a fairly straightforward job or is there a number of things it could be?

Re: Idle stabilisation unit

It's the little black box of tricks not the mechanical part....just to let you know. I think I can safely say it is that as when I had the van resprayed it was unscrewed from the body and not put back! When I drove it home it fell onto the exhaust and melted the corner of it. The van revs high when ...

Re: Battery fitment

Cheers for the replies, managed to remove the box section steel, just a couple of screws at the front and back but still couldn't get it out from under the seat so I managed to shove it to one side ( bit of a bodge I know) and the battery just slid in and the swivel seat just clears it! Thanks for th...

Battery fitment

Hi everyone, I'm new to the forum so hope this is in the right place! Had my camper a few weeks now so I thought I better start getting some things straight on it. I've got a new leisure battery which will just fit under the passenger seat but only if I remove some box section steel which pulls out ...
