Hi. Couple of questions, Ive installed a 1.9tdi into my T3. it now starts fine.. but it sounds to me like the starter gear is not disengaging fully off the flywheel ring gear so after the engine has started you can hear the ring gear grinding against the starter. good news its running!. I put voltmeter on the diesel cut off valve, it wasnt live when ignition was on... so I traced cable back to big round connector and it was live before it went into the connector.. so i rammed connector on better. started first time!!! thanks to all for all your help its much...

my bad, sorry i was meant to reply to that. yes it has come with a white box. with two terminals one terminal has 6 cables the other terminal has two. the one with two goes to the transponder & key and the six white cables that come out of the other terminal all go somewhere except two of them.....
