thanks all new pump bought yesterday from john bowles ,in tumbridge wells. Were up and running, off to france today. fitted new fuel lines while I was at it all in the campsite.. I did notice that I have a cracked expansion tank under front arches, whats the implications of bypassing by just looping...

Hi Mark, I am cutting the nasty stuff out, and grinding back to shiney metal. When i reach shiney silver i cut a bit more out then ive been using Vactan or krust then rustoleum combiprimer follower by combicolour in grey... No1 priority is to get rid of it all before painting. It's going well so far...

corzan or ABS i think but check the specs there may be a cheaper alternative. Plenty of option that are chemical resistant and will cope with correct pressure and temp. http://www.pipestock.com/ Much better replacement for under car water pipes. - In fact you can get nearly everything off that site....

Is it a rewal wood veneer finish or is there some kind of laquer or vinyl on top?
Looks like really good stuff. - expensive but good worthwhile.
