Hiya its a 2.0 CU engine the slot in the fan hub is 4mm and a key fits tight in there but loose in the crank end however the crank doesn't look like its been damaged at all it looks a1 so i'm stuck ??

It is the belt that runs to the alternator yes, I had a look in the daylight earlier and didnt think i could get near it because of the tinware but I Didnt look through the engine flap i will pop up to where i have left it in the morning and see if i can see it through there! Hi guys, I am supposed to be using my T25 in 3 days for my wedding and then to drive to france for my honey moon, However on saturday it sudenly decided that one of the tappits would fail, I have flushed the engine, changed the oil and filter, ran it all day yesterday, and the problem seems the same...
