Hi, I have a 1.6 Diesel (1988). Engine Code CS. Just wondering if anyone knows what oil I should be filling up with? And where to buy? The only oil I have seen is in Morrisons (they had one that said it was suitable for small to medium diesels). Didn't want to just get that one, as it might only be ...

Hi, Can parking half on the pavement affect the oil dipstick reading? Looking at the rear of the van, one side is higher up (at the moment the right side) so engine is not level. I don't know where the oil dipstick reads it's value from (no Haynes manual yet - can't seem to find for Diesel 1.6), but...
