Thanks Steve and fellow members. Replaced blanked pipe. Found a split in the crankshaft breather hose whilst i had my head in there, would that affect engine running?

Technically as a worded question this wont blow you away but looking down at my Carb from above, at the base pointing forwards is an inch (or so) sized nozzle with a very split small hose stuck onit. Header Tank, dalek top i mean. Only has a Min line on mine. Top up tank behind Reg flap is at a constant Max.

Hey folks, i've found that my expansion tank is just above the Min mark. Recently when the vans been driven and reached running temp it cuts out, i wait abit, then it starts fine. This is on LPG. Obviously i need to top it up but where too? and could this be why i'm cutting out??

Cheers folks for the above suggestions, going to try that new wire tip next. Module on order, dub doubly checks on all air intakes, filters and hoses tomorrow, wife wont let me use the hair dryer!... though she used it on me for having a mini van spending spree again

Hehe.. Steve's seen the Carb! lets just say he's knows that in the distant past it's been ever so slightly tinkered with!! The vans ran great for the last year all seals and hoses seem tight. Run mainly on lpg, should have put that in guys, sorry! On 12hr nights at the mo, so will be at it again on sunday. Wire checks first... then a sulk in the beer garden.

I've got a Royal Traveller 3 Drive Away Awning. Its the length of my 83 Hi Top, full zip out back, no hassels with the slide door. I don't know the age but its got the retro feel i guess!
