Hello fellow Dubbers! I have a 1983 VW T25 Camper. It is February 1983 with a DG (water cooled) engine. I believe that the model I have, it is a cross over between the air cooled and the water cooled. The temperature gauge has stopped working. The fuel gauge has also stopped working at the same time...

could be the diode on the dash it is also linked to the temp gauge. we are replacinng it cause both of our gauges are not working.

We lost our fuel gauge at the same time that our temp gauge stopped working. So look out for that fault. Check the diode on the dash thats what we are replacing.

We have same prob on our dg model!!! Our fuelgauge stopped working at the same time as the temp gauge.
