if you have a fat spark then hows changing for a crappy 009 gonna make a differance? I presume sparks are on the "non firing" cyls? at the lead ends? May sound stupid, but are you absolutely sure the leads are on the right way round? double check it.... like I say, cluching at straws with...

Depends really. I have a full width in my splitty which is great because I can get a 3 point seat belts on each side. However it's not a walk through so I have more storage there and it's mor of a day van with the odd overnight at shows. A 3/4 is more suitable for a 4 berth camper I think.

First thing to do is a compression test. They did'nt make water boxers in 1980 That makes sence, I'll give it a go although I would have expected some smoke or crank case pressure probs. As for the engine. it looks like a beetle lump without the fan shrouds. better check it against the documents. g...

Newbie to T25, but a time served splitty driver

Hi all. Just got myself an 1980 Autohomes Kamper. My splitty's so low and the kids are growing so fast that it's just not viable as a camper anymore  So when I heared of an MOT failure T25 I had to have a look. It drives easy, It's got brakes and there's loads of room. It's tatty but complete a...
