Sliding Windows - securing?

Hi guys, Whilst borrowing my Dad's T25 Autosleeper conversion last week, I noticed that he uses a peice of 1"x2" wood to keep the sliding window above the sink closed, and to prevent it from being opened from the outside. How 'should' it be kept secure? Surely not everyone uses a piece of ...

2007 Transporter wheels on a T25 ?

Would a set of wheels from a 2007 Transporter, fit a T25 ?

The PCD looks to be 5x112 (ok) and the Centre bore looks to be about right.....

Cheers, will check them all out when I get my hands on the van!

Have also read that it's worth while replacing the petrol fuel lines from the tank to the engine... as they're prone to splitting and causing fires etc!!!

Servicing a T25 1.9 DG with LPG

Hi guys, My dad's just bought a '85 T25 1.9 DG with LPG, and he's asked me to service it when I go down to see him in a few weeks. The van's done 32k according to the clocks.... not 100% sure how true that is though. Going by the past few MOT's and tax discs, it's done about 1k a year for the past 5...

Anything in particular I need to bear in mind when doing it? Anything additional, other than what Steve...

I had very similair problems on a 2.0 8v Seat Ibiza I bought recently, and the cure was to clean the butterfly valve in the throttle body. Now, I'm not sure if this will apply to the older VW engines like yours, but with it being injection rather than carb, I think it might. What I found was that lo...
