Re: Replacing Audi S3 alloys with 14inch steels - spacers?

It depends how much thread you have exposed once the steels are fitted. You can shorten the studs with a hacksaw also. You may find that you cannot get the full torque on your nuts with some extended studs.

Re: First one, not a clue.

1. Get it reliable.
2. Get it as rust free as you can.
3. Get it used.
4. Get it painted if youre still having fun/ haven't had enough of spending cash on it.

Re: Opening quarter light kits

There a load is rubbish to be honest. They will never seal properly and will probably break whilst you are trying to get them to seal. Buy some decent second hand genuine items. You will regret buying these.

Re: Halfords cycle carriers

I have a couple of these, good for a car, but not really suitable for a van. Saying that though they would probably fit at a push. At that price you can easily find a Fiamma on eBay, search for fiamma bike rack, people are not specific enough when listing them, last one I purchased was £3.50!

fan switch connections

Hi, I've just replaced my radiator and the boot that covers the fan switch connection has disintegrated, anyone know what order the wires go in the switch?
