Hi, apparently there is a section in the bentley manual to set the throttle stop on the 2.1 inj, i have a haynes manual which doesn´t mention this, so can anyone tell me what the bentley manual says. I know it´s preset but i think mine has been messed with before, any help is much appreciated....mer...

hi, does anybody know the setting on the butterfly on 87 dj fuel inj, the haynes manuel just says it´s pre set & don´t move it, how ever the butter fly is completely closed & there´s a gap on the throttle stop so someone has messed with it before....

i dropped my box out last week to replace the rear crank seal, piece of cake & certainly easier than taking the motor out, exhaust still in place & not loosing all the coolant & bleeding etc, all done in a couple of hours....

Why not post a pic of your bits, then we can see what you mean. I dont think I have any of the bits you describe, T Him i can´t put pics on at the moment, & i thought if someone had the same injection setup & took alook they´d know what i mean´t, i need to have a look in someones engine bay.
