no its definately the pod that is broken. A bit of the housing has snapped off which means when you slide the swith in the van it doesnt move the arm on the pod. Hence its either stuck on cold or hot (or wherever you set it). Which means either constant boiling feet or cold & putting on extra so...

do i need a new gearbox or any suggestions
occasionally my T25 is getting stuck in gear. You cant move the stick at all. If you jack it up it seems to come free again & works as normal. Does this mean i need a new gearbox or could it be something else
