Hi Owlets No I don't. I have a metal poll which the awning fits around and I assume clips to the area above the door. There is then some fabric with has a beaded end which must slide into a trench or something similar. Can't see where it would go though? What is that on the picture? cheers Claggy

My awning?

Hi, I have a berlin 8 man drive away awning which I am about to use for the first time. It came free with my 1982 LHD westy a while ago. Radiator kaput!

Hi,

I have a LHD 1982 Westy Joker 1.6D :D My radiator has decided to empty its contents on my drive and surrounding roads :( On closer inspection corrosion has taken its toll and I need a new one. What am i looking at in terms of cost and complexity or replacing it.

Thanks in advance

Roll out awning thing?

Hi, I have a LHD 1982 westy and would like to fit one of those roll out awning things that fit above the sliding door. Have seen lots of them in pictures with westfalia decals on etc and have searched the usual places and can't seem to find one or what there actually called. Any help much appreciate...

Original colours

Hi,

I have a 1982 westy pop top and this autumn I intend to give it a respray. What were the factory colours of left hand drive westys? mines white and I fancy a change. I like that awful blue/grey colour, 80s austerity at its best.

Hi,

back after a winter hibernating! We just bought a huge peice of offcut carpet. Then just cut to size. When its scabby chuck it out and cut some more. hey presto you can change the colour anytime you like.

Hi,welcome.

Check levels turn the key and go. If it breaks then thats just part of the trip. Best pub stories are always the ones where it goes a bit pair shaped. These vans are pretty much bullet proof.

Have fun
