Thanks for the replys, longer than I was expecting but should have known better with it been a syncro related prob (as usual) Oh well at least its all that needs doing and then I get the mot certificate :) Think it might start to work out cheaper running another t25 as well then I could have a crack...

Thanks for the reply. Got my head/ears thinking about the diff between rumble/crunching :) but yeah thanks I'll hang fire on buying outer/inner cv's (ouch) till I let a mechanic recommended here say one way or the other. Hi again, gave the 2 pedals a good dose of wd40 and thats improved it alot so looks like you were spot on. Still happens a little but reckon it'll get better with some use. Thanks for the reply and thats good to know the clutch can't effect the brakes as I knew they shared the same resevoir but no idea if the clutch could, cheers I'll have a look tomorrow and give a good dose of wd40 as that makes sense, the pedal box, as I've just spent 2 months in Holland in it 24/7 ...
