I had the same problem with engine cutting out after a long run at junctions/roundabouts or when it was not under load. stripped down carb as much as i could/changed filter and blew down fuel lines as I think sediment or tiny crap from the fuel tank was getting pulled through and reducing fuel flow!...

Hi Stu, had the same problem... Done what i thought to be the prime suspects earths, rebuild starter turned out to be timing was way out and running advance!
So maybe get that checked before shelling out for out!!

Hi all, just got my recon gearbox in and all went well but I have know working clutch. It feels light on the pedal so bled the system but know better! Ive been going through the same trouble the last few weeks and found this guy Oliver 07553 818085 but cant remember the name of his company tho!! I bought a recon box off him with 6mnths warranty for £500. Give him a call see if he can help ya.
