Re: H4 Headlamp Bulbs?

I'm looking to upgrade my headlamps as the original tungsten bulbs... I was thinking of replacing them for the Halogen H4 bulb. Is this just a simple swapping of bulbs with no modification? . Just re-read that, I was not aware that any T25's had the old Tungston bulbs ? (stands by to be corrected) ...

Re: H4 Headlamp Bulbs?

Just re-read that, I was not aware that any T25's had the old Tungston bulbs ? (stands by to be corrected) I thought they were all H4 as standard (note the "uprated" H4 as mentioned above ARE a direct and useful replacement) = See http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/330612852659?ssPageName=STRK:MEW...

H4 Headlamp Bulbs?

I'm looking to upgrade my headlamps as the original tungsten bulbs are about as much use as having a candle stuck to the front of your van. :D

I was thinking of replacing them for the Halogen H4 bulb. Is this just a simple swapping of bulbs with no modification?

Any help would be great thanks.

Re: Empi GT 5 spoke

Well I thought I'd get in touch with someone at Midland Wheels and this is their reply: Dear Sir Having sold these wheels for many years, I can confirm that these wheels are the correct offset for your VW T25, they will not cause problems with the tyre wear or wheel bearing on your vehicle nor will ...

Re: Empi GT 5 spoke

Hi, I've just brought a set of 15'' Empi's from my nephew and have just checked the offset which has an ET12, they came from Midland Wheels. I haven't fitted them yet but feel rather concerned that I'm going to get problems. My brother-in-law has fitted the same wheels to his van and has been runnin...

Re: Porsche Boxter Wheels

I'm starting to think that maybe I should go back to plan B and get some 5 spoke Empi's. Just bolt them on and go. Dont want to spend and waste time and money!

Thanks for you help, much appreciated!

Re: Porsche Boxter Wheels

Cheers Rob

That stops me slightly then. I've got my eyes on a really smart set of wheels with tyres that are going for a good price but If I've got to spend a load more on adapters it doesn't really seem worth it.

Porsche Boxter Wheels

Hi, I've got my eye on some Porsche Boxter wheels. Here is the spec: 16'' Rims front tyres: 205/55/16 rear tyres: 225/50/16 front et:50 rear et:40 Stud pattern: measured across 2 studs it's 125mm. centre bore: 72mm approx. Just not sure that the 125mm stud pattern will fit without some kind of adapt...

Re: Super Vikings

Hi, He left the canvas on and unstitched the original windows. His wife got into the roof, she stiched from the inside and he stood on a ladder and passed the needle back through from the outside. Took him a while but he got it sorted in the end. He still had to seal around the window when he was do...

Re: Super Vikings

Yes they are the original windows and they've leaked. Hopefully they will be sorted now as I've used Storm Seal all around edges both outside and in, but I haven't been out in heavy rain since I did them. My brother-in-law has a viking too and he has removed his windows and has stitched in new clear...
