twin front seat

Hi everyone, I know may have been asked before, but is it possible to fit a twin front seat, or a rear facing buddy seat with seat belt, to my 1989 autosleeper, to enable me to carry an extra child passenger safely. will it impact on the vans insurance, I know you guys have the answers? Thanks again
