I think they must be under the dash somewhere...

I've read that the conduit for ventilation to the rear of the van is blocked on everything except factory minibuses and campers.
Where are the blocks and are they removable?

Cruise control. I'd love that.

The LPG is for sale. Guy doesn't know the engine code.
Is it worth fitting older LPG kit?

I'm thinking my original 90amp alternator in my 2.1 Dj is probably overworked when running the engine, split charging and running the fridge.

Could I fit something more modern? This one is about 25 years old. Are newer alternators lower drag for the same output?

Just done a 150 mile run and the engine is purring now. Just hoping there's no long term damage caused by thinning the oil with Wynn's.

I think I just like the idea of a full charge when I'm camping. The controller has a function to turn on a light after sundown. Thought I could send this to a relay to run the fridge at night so I can turn off the gas. Could I just wire up the batteries in series with diodes to stop them discharging...

Well I put half a bottle Of Wynn's Hydraulic Lifter treatment this afternoon and it's got a lot quieter already. Now I can hear the leaking exhaust joints.
Bought 5l of oil from Asda for 11 quid which I'm planning to use as a cleaning stage when I put in new oil.

Where's the oil strainer on the 2.1?

I've done lots of reading, hence the choices. Wondered what experiences people had had, and what they would recommend.
