hello mate i had a similar problem an got round it by drilling a couple of holes in a bit of flat plate about 100 or 150 mm long an about 60mm wide. used that as my bracket but remember u need to put a rubber exhaust mount between the engine an mounting plate cause the exhaust is fixed an the engine...
